I tried it with a different browser, and saw it (for the first time!).
Still after logging out, the link remains hidden.
Is it possible to have it always visible somewhere in the upper left or right corner?
As long as there's a bug, we should have it visible.

As far as im aware hits supposed to be there in the bottom all the
time. However its a bug in the current design that makes it hide.
There is a workaround to make it appear again, clear your cookies and
reload the page without cache and it should appear again.
