We will be able to add it once our new gluster storage is in place on rackspace.
(currently blocked on internal issue with rackspace, in progress).
right now we don't have any space for adding a new VM on our infra.
please open a ticket for it on our trac system so we'll handle it once it's ready:

I guess basic hardware is enough for now, with perhaps 100GB storage to put
images in (I guess it would need more storage in the future, but that will
be enough for now).
