How is disk used on jenkins.ovirt.org?
df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/xvde1 50G 47G 2.5G 95% /
none 3.6G 0 3.6G 0% /dev/shm
/dev/xvdj 414G 42G 351G 11% /ephemeral0
Looks like / fills up while /ephemeral0 is barely used (by
comparison.)
/ephermal0 is temp space that is erased after reboot, so we can't use it to store jobs
build history.
(which is most of jenkins space used).
anyhow, i found some very large old slave-* log files under /var/lib/jenkins, which i
deleted.
so space issue is solved for now, i also changed the logrotate script for jenkins_slave,
need to see if it
will prevent such logs files to be GIGa size again..
[root@jenkins etc]# df -h

/dev/xvde1 50G 40G 8.8G 83% /
none 3.6G 0 3.6G 0% /dev/shm
/dev/xvdj 414G 50G 344G 13% /ephemeral0
Good to know as we are building out the new jenkins host.
