oVirt account blocked

Hi, This is Nadav from the oVirt <http://www.ovirt.org/Home> infra team. Our scan account(https://scan.coverity.com/projects/ovirt-engine) seems to be blocked in the past month with the following message: ERROR: Too many build submitted. Wait for few days before submitting next build: Refer build frequency at https://scan.coverity.com/faq#frequency

Could you please clarify what are our limits so we could configure it accordingly?
