Is there any risk to allowing archive file formats and script file
formats to be uploaded to the wiki?
I don't see a problem with allowing archive files. I looked to the
mediawiki docs for guidance, and this is the default blacklist:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgFileBlacklist
They have scripts blacklisted but not archives
I don't know enough about MediaWiki to say.
