Can you I ask to open a new ticket once you see the issue again? We have history for 120 builds, so we should be able to see it if you report close to the incident. Also, best thing to do is to go to the failing build and click 'keep this build forever' and then we don't have to worry it will get deleted and debug it.

Quite often do we see a -1 score from CI, that does not stem from a project-related failure, but rather from a CI error. Please make sure that such cases are marked differently; certainly not with a -1, as this causes people to trust CI scores less than they should.
