Looks like external yum repo failure,
We are working on injecting yum mirrors into standard ci 'check-patch'
jobs, so hopefully soon
we will be less affected by failure of external repos.
The existing issues should only affect OST! All repos that are used by
things running in mock_runner (And not seeting up their own VMs) should be
from the mirrors or resources!
The failure here actually happened in cleaunp code on the slave and not as
part of the test. This should fix that:
