That job is not on yaml, so it does not get any updates from it. If it's commonly used, I think we should try to push it to get it yamlized.
All the jobs should be yamlized... it's just a matter of time and number of people doing it.
It also had a few misconfigurations for the gerrit trigger and scm, should be ok now.
