Do you refer to jobs/confs/projects/vdsm/vdsm_standard.yaml ?

Any maintainer can send a patch to exclude it, if help is needed, then someone from infra can guide you to the right file.

Fedora 23 is not support on vdsm master long time ago. Please remove this job.

On master and 4.1 we should happily skip to f25.
