fc30: debuginfo not in sync on CI

Hi, There is a problem from the early morning regarding the debuginfo on fc30: https://jenkins.ovirt.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/vdsm_standard-check-pat... Seems that some mirrors do work: https://ftp.icm.edu.pl/pub/Linux/fedora/linux/updates/30/Everything/x86_64/d... (thank you @Marcin Sobczyk for this info) Anything we can do about this? Thanks, Edy.
