CI does not run for specific patch, cannot trigger job

For some reason, the CI would not run for this patch: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/48578 I tried to trigger manually, but it tells me: No jobs triggered for this event Anyone has a clue whats going on, and how can we make the CI gods happy so they run this patch? Nir
