We could take a wordpress plugins approach -- this one looks
popular and up-to-date:
https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/
Generally I prefer to use open source to host an open source project,
for all the reasons we write and use open source in the first place. I
know there are varying places where people will draw the line of "must
be" and "doesn't matter" for software origin, but I think we all would
find it reasonable to use a FOSS solution if we can.
Heiko - do you think we can work with that plugin?
