fyi,
i had to delete one vm (jenkins-slave-vm04) from rackspace in order to allow other vms to start, since the storage domain had less than 10% free space on it.
If you create new vms, please make sure you create them on rackspace02 host. we need to find external storage solution asap if we want to scale and add more vms soon.
