The build-artifacts are the developer's responsibility and is not related to CQ. it does not actually matter though why the build-artifacts failed as there are passing builds after this failure which means the project would have a passing package to be tested by CQ which include the changes that came before it. We do not have a re-try on failures as it failed for a specific reason that needs to be looked at. you can look at the chart that I sent to the list and see that if build-artifacts fail I will check the status and if needed will alert the developer to look into it.
