planned Jenkins and Resources restart

Hi everyone, I will be applying security updates to our production systems today. During the maintenance following services may be unavailable for short periods of time: jenkins.ovirt.org resources.ovirt.org artifactory.ovirt.org templates.ovirt.org mirrors.phx.ovirt.org proxy.phx.ovirt.org Jenkins will not schedule new builds while services are rebooting as this can cause false positives.
