AFAIR we have a shared ovirt-infra user account to access Online. The OpenSHift Online UI for sure does not allow user access management as that's normally done using the oadm administrative tool. Since the free tier has no support I'm not sure how to open a ticket to grant access to a new member even if that's possible and how long it might take so we better stick to the shared user account for now.

After moving the website off OpenShift v2 in OVIRT-1624 we can now start thinking about how to host it on v3. We have an internal instance ready but ideally we should host the actual site outside PHX.
