this might work for small or independent projects, not for something that is integrated with ovirt like user portal. we don't have Gerrit hooks for github and many of existing ci flows are available only for Gerrit. we can consider testing the github plugin for Gerrit to see if its possible to get pull requests into Gerrit from githib, but its not high priority for now and will need to wait for checking.
