Having trouble installing OST -----------------------------

I'm attempting to install OST so I can look at patches locally but I'm having trouble installing OST. I've attached a link to a screenshot of the 404 error I'm getting and a screenshot of the command history. If anyone has any idea what the problem might be that would be great.
