Our Jira instance is hosted by Atlassian, and we don't do any account magic there.

Hi,
A previous mail a few days ago caused me to be auto-assigned a JIRA 
account to this address, but the password cannot be reset. It instead 
states an error:
"The password could not be changed by the credentials provider. This 
structure only supports synchronising"
How do I actually log in?
