Using build with parameters command I have:

REPOS_TO set to http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/3.4

in my opinion it should use http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.4-snapshot/ and http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.4-snapshot-static/

or at least: http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.4/
