jenkins gives -1 although 3/3 jobs are SUCCESS
look at the -1 score from jenkins here. https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/49517/ All jobs succeeded but it says "build failed". The error should be clearer and with some valuable message as developers and maintainers will only get frustrated about this kind of stuff.

It's still not ok for jenkins to send a review (probably a bug in the plugi= n). Other things to keep an eye on is that the history for the jobs spans less = than 7 hours for one of them. And when opening some of them it does not show the el7 running job on it (t= hat might be caused by the same reason why it sent a review)
