It is not down, its latency is very very high. No idea if this is networking- or cpu-bound. $ host gerrit.ovirt.org gerrit.ovirt.org has address 107.22.212.69 $ whois 107.22.212.69 | grep OrgName OrgName: Amazon.com, Inc.
