[JIRA] (OVIRT-2885) need externally accessible VM temporarily

Sorry for the delay, I didn't see this request the first time you sent it (maybe we have an issue with Jira ticket processing). We've got [http://engine-staging.phx.ovirt.org/|http://engine-staging.phx.ovirt.org/] that can be used for this purpose. It's not HE but an EngineVMrunning el7. If a proper HE setup is needed with oVirt Master set up on el8 we can provide that by decreasing CI capacity as we'd have to shut down a few VMs. How long is this needed for? Depending on what's needed. For HE we'd need a bare metal and currently those only ship el7 on IBM cloud. If this is only needed for translations we can go with a VM in PHX and for that we'd need to remove 2 worked VMs from Jenkins temporarily - this should provide 24GB RAM which is more than enugh for a basic HE setup IMHO. Michal, what's the planned duration of this project? Will we need to set up the HE env for you or just provide a "host" and a MAC/IP/FQDN for the engine so that the translation team can set things up? [~accountid:5e7c31f3dde7030c4f2224de] ^^^

Hi, we need to provide externally accessible VM(with oVirt Hosted Engine env) for localization team QA. Could you please get me a VM with ssh access and port 443 opened? 2 CPUs, 8GB RAM would suffice. Sooner the better:) Thanks, michal
