yes. kiril planned to do it just before he left for his 2 weeks absence, so anyone with access to Rackspace [1] servers can add vms there (plan is too add 2 centos 6.4 vms and 2 f18 - each with 5 executers). if David is available, he can try and add those VMs towards the end of the week.
