automation: Bug-Url line should also be recognized with a fragment
Hey, it would be nice if the automation could also pick up (and update) bugs which have a fragment, like: Bug-Url: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1252268#c17 This is useful to point commits directly to the specific comment for which they are prepared, this is especially helpful with long bugs. - fabian
