Since this should be a temporary solution and creating a new project that is needed to be maintained by ovirt until openstack will merge the fix may be a too elaborate solution I agreed to add a tmp repo for this package but to review this again in a month to see if there is advancement from openstack side. here is the patch from Miguel: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/93983/
