Was the account renamed? How can I proceed?

It's most probably that the user has a duplicated account, it has to be solved manually from the db. That happens when you try to log into gerrit with an new oauth/openid account and you did not link it beforehand to your current user (quite common). I'm opening a ticket so the current infra owner can handle
