Hi all, I seem to have two jira accounts - one for ybardavi@ and other for didi@ (which is an email alias to the first). If I try to login with latter account, after resetting (successfully) the password, it says: ovirt-jira.atlassian.net Your access has been revoked Looks like your administrator has marked your account as inactive. Contact your administrator to solve this issue. What should I do? This is a bit sad, as it seems like it's like this forever, more-or-less, and all my attempts to create tickets failed, and I didn't notice so far. I'd rather have a single account, with the address didi@. I never used the ybardavi@ account. Thanks and best regards, -- Didi

Hi Didi, I've re-activated the disabled Jira account, could you please confirm it works now? On a side note, tickets should be opened regardless of the email used so none of them should be lost when sent to infra-support. On Wed, Feb 19, 2020 at 10:19 AM Yedidyah Bar David <didi@redhat.com> wrote:

Yes. I just entered the site (was logged in from yesterday, but then it said account is revoked) and everything looks ok.

Are you sure? Perhaps if emails are arriving from an email address of a revoked account, they are ignored? If I search for all tickets created by me, last one I see is [1], almost two years old. Last one I sent (other than "ssh connection fails after restarting engine VM" which has its own thread) is: ======================================================================== MIME-Version: 1.0 Date: Wed, 5 Feb 2020 11:44:40 +0200 Message-ID: <CAHRwYXsgE8KJpgo0VgNQ+50QBPsa6D7DFQha=0yZwgMYLxJztg@mail.gmail.com> Subject: gerrit: Make group visible to all registered users From: Yedidyah Bar David <didi@redhat.com> To: infra-support@ovirt.org Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi, This setting, in each group under 'General' tab, is set for some groups, cleared for others. Unless there is a reason to have it cleared for specific groups, I think it should be set for all groups, and also set by default for new groups. Thanks, -- Didi ======================================================================== Can't find it anywhere. [1] https://ovirt-jira.atlassian.net/browse/OVIRT-1956 Thanks,
