So, it seems that ovirt wiki is configured to use the ovirt list server as a relay, but the only authentication used is by ip address.=20 And as the ip of www.ovirt.org is not guaranteed to be stable ( due to openshift nature, node can move around on EC2 ), this broke. The short term solution is to change the ip on lists.ovirt.org to use the current one. It seems to have been done more than once. The long term solution is to use proper password auth to be able to relay.
