proposing kiril nesenko as infra member
Hi, I'd like to propose Kiril Nesenko as an infra member, with permissions to Jenkins/foreman/puppet. Kiril has knowledge and experience in all those services for quite some time, and is already a Jenkins power user, helping with fixing jobs and creating new jobs for tools. He already has access to jenkins slaves, so this request will make it official and provide access to the master server as well as the future foreman/puppet servers. kiril is also an oVirt maintainer for the various engine tools and has committed misc code during the last months.
