dnf is now available on CentOS7 in an old-new name "yum" version 4
https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/ConfigManagementSIG/YUM4

Let us use yum4 everywhere in CI, because yum3 is slow, different from dnf, and smells like dying.
