[CQ]: 89741,2 (ovirt-engine) failed "ovirt-4.2" system tests

Change 89741,2 (ovirt-engine) is probably the reason behind recent system test failures in the "ovirt-4.2" change queue and needs to be fixed. This change had been removed from the testing queue. Is it always the same test? if it keeps failing I do think it needs to be investigated, it can be a real bug or a test issue, either way we can't let it fail that often.

There is already a thread about it in devel, and a patch to OST that is supposed to fix it, I asked Gal to review.
