AFAIK bugs@ovirt.org shouldn't receive email from bugzilla, that user should have all mail notification disabled. bugs@ovirt.org is used by oVirt QA effort by allowing people watching such user to be notified as well. See http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_Quality_Assurance for reference
