The 66.187.230.0/25 IP range is used by the oVirt project Phoenix lab. DNS settings used by oVirt are generally dynamic and managed by Foreman. A few of the IP addresses in the $subject range are being backawards-resolved by 10.35.255.14 to addresses such as: ip-66-230-187-66.redhat.com This interferes with Foreman.
