And it's probably due to wrong wine being installed. I will probably need to rebuild wine on el7 for adding 32 bit and 64 bit recent wine.

I re-merged https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/89629/ and it consumed the new 32bit wine. Builds completed with success.
