Nadav is working with tolik to move all NGN jobs to the new jenkins server, We can try allocate a slave there for it, but we need first to solve the PXE Issue we have on PHX, hopefully tomorrow with the help of the local network team there.

I've manually reconfigured the NGN master job to use fc23 slaves.
If that is fixing the issue then we need to rearrange all ngn jobs to use the fc23 slaves as well.
Otherwise we are loosing speed on NGN.
So, fc23 labels do not seem to work, because they are not configured to support nesting. The result is that all NGN jobs fail because they time out. I.e:
