I tried to add the needed permission (Gerrit's permission system is horrible), try and see if it works now...
How to setup CI? We used Travis on github ...
You need to setup an 'automation' directory, see details here: http://ovirt-infra-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/CI/Build_and_test_standard... Please tell me which jobs you will like to add and I will send a patch to the JJB repo to run them.
