Looks like an updated mock was pushed to FC28 and introduced some breakage. We should have had package gating setup for FC28 before introducing the FC28 slaves. Well, we should probably have a longer term solution for this: https://ovirt-jira.atlassian.net/browse/OVIRT-2209 There seems to have indeed been some relevant changes in the mock code between 1.4.10 and 1.4.11.
