Hi, I'm looking at http://jenkins.ovirt.org/computer/jenkins-slave-host01.ovirt.org/? and I can see it has 6 executors running. It seems that 5 of the 6 jobs are requiring a lot of resources because a simple execution of pyflakes and pep8 is taking more than 10 minutes while usually took less than 1 minute. I may be wrong but I think that in this case having more executors for running parallel jobs will increase the total time needed for running them. I suggest to reduce the number of executors or (if possible) to add something like a flag to single jobs for telling if they'll require a lot of resources in order to let the scheduler to decide how many executors allocate. -- Sandro Bonazzola Better technology. Hi Sandro, do you still see this problem? we reduced the amount of executors on some slaves and added another bare-metal slave to offload some jobs. e. ----- Original Message -----

I'll warn if I'll see this problem again, thanks!
