Worked fine on fc24 and el7, so maybe just drop fc23?
Adding Nadav and Gal, moving to lago-devel.
We can just merge https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/68013/, but it means we don't have lago built for fc23 anymore, or we can keep the builds and just change the slaves to use fc24.
