There's the 'lago shell' command, that will give you a prompt once the domain
you specify is up and responding through ssh, but aside from that, there's no
other way to know for sure that the domain is answering to ssh.
If you run the 'lago deploy' command, and the hosts have some deploy-scripts
definefd, it will wait for ssh too.
