When is Lago environment SSH'able?

Howdy, Is there a predictable way or a suggested way to know when a Lago environment has fully come up for SSH? Eric

There's the 'lago shell' command, that will give you a prompt once the domain you specify is up and responding through ssh, but aside from that, there's no other way to know for sure that the domain is answering to ssh. If you run the 'lago deploy' command, and the hosts have some deploy-scripts definefd, it will wait for ssh too.
