Same problem here… oVirt 4.0.3-1. Cannot upload image using GUI. “Paused by system”. Already tried to import oVirt CA cert to trusted CA’s with no luck.

Please dnf/yum update ovirt-engine. What is the origin of the disk (Was it an oVirt disk?), as asked before, does the disk includes any snapshots.
