We'll need your engine & host (full) logs at the very least to look
into the problem.
Can you try it with nfs3 and tell us if it works?

Hi Brian,
we also need the sanlock logs (/var/log/sanlock.log).
Adding David to the thread as he might be able to help us debugging
your problem (sanlock-2.4-2.fc17).
