This is just a guess , but you might be able to install fence_xvm on all Virtualized Hosts .

The setup is for testing purposes, specially for test upgrades before running them on the real physical Servers. But I want to have the setup as close as possible to the real environment, so the only thing is missing is a fence agent. Is there a way to simulate power management in a virtual environment?
