Using the apache as front-end is the recommended configuration. Next
version it will be the only supported configuration as far as I
know.

In this case, I think that the "overwrite http" should not be asked
during engine-setup, maybe just inform the user about the changes
that will be done. i mean that it should write the configuration
without user approval.
I think that it is good that we warn user, there may be some configurations in which user
has some specific httpd.conf, and would like to do the changes manually.
I hope that in version 4.0 we won't overwrite the httpd.conf at all (not mandatory
anyway), so installation will be much less intrusive.
