Hi,
Ovirt works only with distributions from the Red Hat’s Enterprise Linux. Ubuntu is part of
the Debian family and it won’t work.
The simplest way to statt with oVirt is to check the documentation for the Red Hat’s
Virtualization.

What my ask is, can this be fixed? is there a file i need to edit in ovirt-engine.?
Can Ovirt-manager host KVM of ubuntu flavour?
