Fixing that on our side will require releasing a new version, but one can try to fix it manually by modifying the /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-oVirt-4.5.repo file. 1. Find the [ovirt-45-centos-stream-openstack-yoga] section 2. At the end of the section look for ansible-test under exclude= 3.
