/etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf/10-setup-database.conf or similar.
Look for ENGINE_DB_* variables.
Indeed, but this should happen automatically if you passed correct
credentials and restore succeeded. See e.g. the other report posted.
Did restore succeed?
