Se hosted-engine in global maintenance mode with
hosted-engine --set-maintenance --mode=global
and manually start the VM with:
hosted-engine --vm-start
But in different thread [1] Roy said that's not possible. I admit I
didn't fully try to understand why, I wasn't aware of that. Adding Roy.
